R. Bruce Friesen

Mr. Friesen has more than 20 years experience in portfolio management, marketing and client service. He successfully managed fixed income portfolios for a large Canadian insurance company, a large pension plan and an Institutional Investment Manager. During this time he gained extensive experience with insurance companies, plan sponsor organizations and Investment Management firms.

Mr. Friesen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics. His professional qualifications include the Canadian Securities Course, Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst Course and, most recently, the Institute of Corporate Directors course from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.

Mark Oudesluys

Mr. Oudesluys is an innovative Solutions Architect with more than 17 years of development and management experience in the Information and Technology industry. He has designed, developed and managed a number of software projects that have been recognized for their sophisticated functionality and client productivity. Prior to joining Global Manager Research, Mr. Oudesluys' development team received an award of excellence for enhancing a tracking and monitoring system for the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Mr. Oudesluys holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Krista MacDonald

Ms. MacDonald has worked in high-level administration for various Fortune 500 and mid-size corporations since 1993. Ms. MacDonald majored in English at the University of Price Edward Island, holds a Legal Assistant's Diploma from Holland College and has pursued various Business Administration and advanced computer courses.
